Here is a list of all the sold properties and the properties that went under contract in the last 7 Days for the Montrose area.
Since it was the last day of February on Thursday there was the usual rush of closings. I went back to the same week a year ago and looked at the list of Sold and Under Contract properties. That week a year ago there were 11 properties that sold and closed and 14 others that went under contract.
