November 2019 was an interesting month for Home Sales in Montrose Colorado compared with Novemeber 2018.

In November 2018 there were 49 homes that Sold with an average sales price of $293,800 The average days on the market a year ago was 108 days.
This November 2019 there were 61 homes that Sold with an average sales price of $293,600 just a change of $200. Th etrend for most of 2019 is for the average sales price to have increased by $20,000 year over year so to be almost the same either indicates a slowing in the market or just a one … (6 comments)

I am interested to to see your comments on this subject. I have mentioned this in our company sales meetings before and have had discussions about this subject with other agents down through the years.
Depending on whether you are relatively new to the real estate business or you have been doing it for many years will depend somewhat how you feel about this.
As a listing agent the seller hired you to sell their home which is true they did hire you. The reality is that may be only be partly true. Does your real estate office have a floor time schedule … (6 comments)

How is the Montrose Colorado Real Estate Market compared to one year ago?
Well in August 2019 there were 78 homes that sold that compares to 81 homes sold a year ago in 2018
Average days on the market has dropped from 93 days in 2018 to 76 days in August 2019
Average sales price has increased by $21,000 from $279,000 in Aug 2018 to $300,000 last month August 2019.
Currently there are 209 homes on the market for sale which is in line with where the inventory has been since spring started.
