This brand new home is located in the Bridges Golf Montrose CO Th ehome does not back up to the course, so if you are concerned about golf balls in your yard or hitting your home no need to be concerned here.
The Bridges is a Nicklas design course built around 2004/2005. The clubhouse is one of the best you will find anywhere in the State of Colorado. There is a restaurant and patio with outstanding views of the San Juan Mountains and #18 green. The restaurant and golf course is open to the public.

Montrose Colorado Real Estate Activity Report for the week of March 17th - March 24th 2013
Number of homes actively for sale this week is at 334.
There is an article on the front page of the Montrose Daily Press this morning about vacant lots in the City of Montrose While Vacant Lot Sales have picked up in the last year, they are still a long way off from what they were some 5/6 years ago. It is going to take awhile to sell the hundreds of vacant lots around town that are still owned by developers and financial instituions.
