In the month of February, the Browning Homes Group went to settlement on 3 homes located in Alexandria, Virginia. Two of the homes were listed for sale by the Browning Homes Group and we helped in the purchase of one of the homes.
We represented the seller of a beautiful condominium located in Palazzo at Park Center in Alexandria. The condo sold for $221,000 and went to settlement on February 20, 2015.
