Well, it was a hot day today in Southeastern North Carolina - perfect for a Signature Homes' Luau in LA at their environmentally-designed SeaBrooke development in Leland. Getting ready for the event. This SeaBrooke model was a Parade of Homes Bronze Award Winner. The party Luau theme was promoted with vigor and hilarity by Christy and Greg Beck. Saturday afternoon Marge and I went to Grayson Park in Leland, NC for two reasons. The first was to tour and talk about Stevens Fine Homes solar model featured in Grayson Park.
