Every weekend day in June two great existing homes in the Jefferson Landing neighborhood of Brunswick Forest in Leland, North Carolina will both be open from 1-4PM. We'd love to have as many people as possible see these two awesome properties. The 3rd Wilmington Tweetup was in Wilmington Wednesday evening, hosted by Hagood Homes and sponsored by Front Street Brewery and Chris's Cosmic Kitchen. The event was well attended and perhaps because it was held in one of Hagood's beautiful model homes at Southern Oak, it felt like a house party. What a great time! Sunday evening Marge and I went to have dinner at Front Street Brewery in downtown Wilmington, NC. It's located on . . . Front Street! 9 North Front Street to be exact. As many people know, Wrightsville Beach in the Wilmington, North Carolina area has the best ocean surfing on the east coast of the U.S. If you don't know that, it might interest you to know that we have lots of surfing tournaments here, that during the summer surf camps and school are a minor but very busy industry, and that surfers can be seen in the water pretty much year round. This short video, which was "inspired" by a Twitter conversation with some friends from Pennsylvania, demonstrates how you can add value to conversations and still tie in information about your local area.
