Yes this is really about a buffalo kiss.  Not real estate.  We all need to relax occasionally.
Last week I was on a trip to Atlanta, a combination of business and family.  During some of the family time we had the chance to visit the Wild Animal Safari in Pine mountain.  My nine year old daughter and a friend of hers that accompanied us absolutely loved it.
So at this park there is an area you can walk through to see animals and an area you can drive through to see more, larger animals.  You have the option of either renting a very unattractive van (below) or driving your … (5 comments)

If you know what you are doing, foreclosures may be another way to get a deal.
The Denver Real Estate Market has its share of foreclosure properties available.  It is not unusual to save anywhere from ten to thirty percent off the market value when purchasing a foreclosure property.
When looking for these properties you need to clearly establish what you are looking for in a property and be prepared to move when you find it.
Foreclosure properties can represent great values in the Denver real estate market.  That value often comes at a cost though.  You should be aware that typically foreclosure … (0 comments)

I received an email this morning.  It passed along something that I was not aware of and I thought I would pass it along.
As we know to be a Realtor, whether your here selling Denver Real Estate or in another market, you have to abide by a code of conduct.

Maybe something like this has happened to you.  I know it has happened to me more than a few times.
So, the inspection for my buyers was just getting underway.  We had just enough time to learn that the vacuum seals in several windows were … (7 comments)
