A quick update on the Denver real estate market for those interested.  I read the title in the Rocky Mountain News as my wife and I were having breakfast.  All conversation stopped at that point until I could devour the rest of the article.
Lawrence Yun, an economist with the National Association of Realtors is quoted as saying that Denver is ripe for a turnaround and by the end of 2008 housing prices could rise by better than 5% and as much as 10% in the Denver real estate market.
