You have a smartphone, right?  Many agents do.  Are you also paying for a separate card or device to connect your laptop or tablet to the internet?  How much is that costing you?  $20, $40, $60?  Ouch!  Well, never fear, Bryan's here with a hot tip to save you money.

As REALTORS® we spend a lot of time scanning documents into PDF files to shuttle them off to clients, title companies, lawyers, etc.  The irony is that often times we only have the ability to create a PDF file and seldom the ability to edit them.  While I love the Adobe PDF file format, I can't stand Adobe Acrobat because it's "bloatware" - massive software that eats up lots of memory and disk space.  So, I tend to find solutions that cost less than Adobe and work better.  Here's my hot top of the day...
