VA Loan Limits to remain unchanged for remainder of 2011. The VA has announced that the County Loan Limits for VA Loans will remain unchanged for Oct. 1, 2011- the extension will last until Dec 31, 2011. This announcement from the VA alleviates concerns that the end of the Temporary High Cost Loan Limits for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA Loans set to end on Sept. 30, 2011 would have an adverse impact on Veterans utilizing the VA Jumbo or VA High Balance loan program during the last quarter of 2011.
