Buyers are so fun to work with, especially in this market where they can get "a deal". Everyone loves a deal and finding deals these days is pretty simple. Still, it takes a concentrated effort to find "the deal" that matches what the buyer desires. With internet search tools, buyers do much of the searching on their own and call me when they find something to see up-close and personal. With so many short sales and bank owned properties available, it is hard to find reason not to invest in real estate right now. For my investors, I've set up a search for all short sale and bank owned properties on the market in Pierce County, Washington. A few times a week I personally search through the properties available and choose one to feature as the INVESTOR'S SPECIAL!
