Dad turned 83 today. He has been Physically handicapped for almost 7 years, caused by a brain aneurysm. It also touched his short term memory but otherwise sharp as a tack. Dad's only sister who is 91 surprised him today with a visit. The two of them were very close over the years. Happy Birthda...

WE were at my Gran Daughter's singing concert. I love these as there is no real tone but a lot of volume. The kids sing their hearts out. The fuzzy things in this picture are Baby birds. I was going to tear out some old shrubs and plant new ones. Well, Momma bird thought that this shrub was still good enough to raise a family. So, for now, she can stay, but once they are gone so is the bush.
