This is a question that came up among a group of us at coffee the other morning.
Just stop and look how we are acting.
WE have a new President and what is happening?
We have a large part of the population fighting and bashing the New President.
Isn't that the same as bullying?
Why should we expect more out of our kids when we act like this?

Is convenience Killing our Young People's jobs?
I hear it more and more that my teen can't find a job.
Some areas have some jobs, but not ones that a teen can work and go to school.
Summer is worse many times.
So, why is this?
In my opinion...
WE get gas and we pay at the pump. (No need for a teen to take your money)
WE go to the grocery store. Use the self checkout. (No need for a teen to take our money)
WE transfer money via Internet in our bank accounts. (No need for anyone to do the transaction for us)

I was just wondering how many on this sight got a listing from those moving out of the country because Trump became President.
Those people, many celebrities were spouting off about doing this.
LIARS!
They are no better than the politicians they criticize.
Just because of their big mouths I would love to see many of the leave.

North Branch, Minnesota is a great place to live.
If you are thinking of moving my direction, this is the place to be.
Right now there is a small variety of nice homes for sale.
There is a light rumble that interest rates will climb a bit later in the year.
That makes this a great time to buy and even to sell as there are buyers out there.
Getting a loan with decent credit is a snap when using any of our local lending institutions.
Don't wait. Come March the market will heat up and you will be fighting for the same house as several others … (2 comments)

That would be my wife!
But I am not getting forgetful.
I do have selective hearing at times. Especially when I need it to be.
But, I will admit, I do have a problem.
And that problem is that I have...
Total un-recall!!!!
I don't recall much of anything my wife says...(Her words).
But, there is no cure for my medical affliction so I just live life as I can.

North Branch Minnesota is a great place to live.
WE have great schools.
Employment options and enough shopping to suffice for all the needs one has.
WE even have great health care even with the fiasco we have right now.
Home prices are really good compared to 30 minutes south of us.
So, check us out and give me a call.

Merry Christmas, past is upon us.
Another year has came and gone with the exception of a few days.
I know people heading out to return some gifts and attack the heavy discounted sales in the morning.
I am so very happy that there are people like this in the morning.
That means there are fewer people in my way when I want to shop!

Yes, the Christmas season is in full swing.
I has been since the first meal of Thanksgiving has put away.
Our stomachs were not even settled down yet and many were talking...
SHOPPING.
Now, much of the push is getting the pre-Christmas photo with Santa.
Also, getting the letter out to Santa.
Now, letters to Santa are not just for the kids.
I sent my letter to Santa already.
And I am going to share with you what I had to say.

I see blog after blog of the doom and gloom of higher interest rates.
Is it really that bad or am I missing something.
I understand that some payments will go up by 40-50 and even $60 or more.
But, how many people will drop out because of those amounts?
I had a potential client that told me they had to wait and see how much his employer was going to raise up his health insurance.
Am I the only one that has had so many people drop or postpone a sale?
My personal Health ins. is going fro.m $498 to $763 a month.

OPEC has supposedly come up with an agreement to lower production.
Gas on the wholesale market went up a dime.
Once again it is a small group that has come up with the doom and gloom of this story.
Homeowners that live close to work will not e affected much at all.
People in my area will see the increase but still better than a few years ago.
My thought is why are we worried, we are almost self sufficient when it comes to energy. This should have little bearing on the cost of oil

The kits I am talking about are the ones that test for mold, radon and other issues we talk about.
While these can be a tool, be careful of making them as absolute truth.
I have seen false positives and false negatives in the past.
In my opinion, why waste the money, get a professional test down and get it right the first time.
And if the inspector is using an off the shelf product, I would question it!!!

Yesterday I posted a pic of the moon, but it was not a classy photo.
Very hard to hold the camera steady.
So, today I went a bought a tripod.
My wife wanted closer photo's and with my big lens, there was noway to hold steady for a clear closeup.
I changed lenses and mounted the camera to the tripod.
Loaded it into the car to go to a neighbor who has a better view than we do with all the trees.
I get set up and notice...CLOUDS!!!
Clouds were moving in and fast.
So, There are NO great photo's like I imagined I would have to share.

That is not so new.
So, I thought I would try a new idea.
Clarity is a problem but you will get the idea.
This pic is not spectacular but I thought it was unique.

I am seeing the foreclosures increase in the next 4-6 months.
Not because of the election results, but because of health care.
I am now paying $495 and a $6800 deductible.
It is looking like I will be going to almost $850 a month and a $7,000 deductible.
I know how that hits my fiances and I am sure it will hit others.
I know a family of 4 that will be paying over $30,000 a year for their health ins.
How can we expect people to hang onto their homes with increases like these.
Even those with employer provided health care are seeing large increases.

We have a neighborhood watch. It is an informal one, but if someone needs to be gone, Someone will be in and out to make it look like we are still home.
It also helps that we know all the neighbors.
Some area's have more like a formal watch set up.
Other area's have nothing and most times don't even know who their neighbors are.
Then you have this setup:

WE spend a lot of time on this site talking about success.
WE talk about how, why, when and a lot more.
For each of us it is different.
Example:
Minnesota's Deer Hunting opener is Saturday.
Success for some is Harvesting a mature buck.
Success for others is just any buck.
Still others it is just any deer.
Back in the 70's, the Deer population was low.
Success was totally different.
If you saw a deer, any deer you had a successful hunt.
If you harvested a deer, any deer you could be a guide for others!
In Real Estate it is not much different.
