Living in Minne-snowta, you need a sense of humor. I hear people complain from the first snow flake to the last one that melts, and then they complain about the heat. But, for most of us we embrace the snow. We get outside and play.
Oh sure, the shoveling is a pain, but just do it.
Here is a great example of embracing the snow!

yes it has cooled down. The humidity has also dropped. WE had a good rain of nearly 2 inches/. It cooled us off and lower the humidity so right now 67 feels almost cool. But, hey, we don't mind. It is much easier to breath tonight. Tomorrow it is back into the 8's … (6 comments)

We had a hear wave to day. 16+ degrees. It felt like summer except for the wind. WE got 3 inches of snow and still snowing. Tomorrow it is back into the deep freeze We are not seeing record temps, just a prolonged below qverage temps. But as I looked, spring is just a coupld pages flipped in the calander! … (24 comments)

Well it is wet enough in North Branch, Mn. to make the ducks complain. Earlier this spring we needed some rain. Now, a bit of sun in order. While wet, we are not severe in where it is flooding. Our houses are still intact. We really don't have much to complain about, but being human, that is what we do.
Please continue to pray for those who have lost so much.

We as humans are never satisfied. Last week we were hoping for a little rain. Today, we are near drowning. Only the ducks and geese are happy with the weather. Right now even the farmers are twiddling their thumbs waiting for dry weather. Our heavy ground will require a week of warm dry weather so they can plant. And then, we will be looking for rain again.
Even Bullwinkle is wanting to dry out. … (8 comments)

Central and East Central Minnesota once again needs to take cover. The forecast is for storms with large hail and possible tornado's. Up in northern Minnesota, they will get some UN-needed light rain. For those of you in the danger zone... Check out your emergency kits and make sure all is working good.

I know it has to be around here somewhere. I expect it to drop at anytime. 12th of March in Minnesota and it feels like late May or early June. This is not normal and the other shoe is going to drop. And when it does...it is going to hurt so much!

WOW! North Branch Minnesota is in a heat wave. 41 degrees! The snow on my Pole Barns that has been there all winter, come sliding off today. Yes it did cause some work, but that is fine. The average Temp for North Branch Minnesota right now is about 30. That is still very nice in my book. I was surprised at people complaining today. 41 degrees makes it sloppy and people were complaining. Yesteday they complained about the cold. For me, I love the weather in North Branch. It keeps the population down.
Buying Real Estate should be fun...if you are looking in Chisago and Pine counties or anywhere in Minnesota, call me and let me show you that Buying a home is not all pain.
