 We really need to be very precise on our instructions.
What sounds like a very simple statement can have major issues in the
actual meaning.
This can make a big difference in the written or verbal statements we make.
So, stop and think before you speak.
It could save you a lot of money.

real estate law: Does your Attorney know Real Estate law? - 07/09/14 09:05 AM
I get this often where a client wants to use their Atty. for closing. 
We start getting close to closing and they want to know what forms we need. 
Some have asked to have a 7-10 day period to review all the papers including the mortgage.
If you use your own attorney, make sure they understand the time lines we work under.  Make sure they know the forms and where to get the title insurance from.
 
I have a client right know where their attorney told them they would not be able to close when they wanted to because … (9 comments)
