Buffalo Grove Real Estate Market Update - First Quarter of 2010 Great news! These are real signs finally that Buffalo Grove real estate sales are on the upswing. Don't' get me wrong, - this does not mean that prices are going up yet... but I think that they will creep up relatively soon in certain price ranges. In the first quarter of 2009, 29 homes sold in the first quarter and in the first quarter of 2010 43 homes sold. That's a huge increase!
