Buffalo Grove Real Estate- 2 more of my Buffalo Grove homes closed this week. Both of these Buffalo Grove sellers were extremely happy with the real estate services I provided them... The first Buffalo Grove property, 1 Burnt Ember in Strathmore Subdivision closed for $295,000 and the second, 1321 Bristol in the Crossings Subdivision in Buffalo Grove closed for $238,500. Buffalo Grove Real Estate Market Update - First Quarter of 2010 Great news! These are real signs finally that Buffalo Grove real estate sales are on the upswing. Don't' get me wrong, - this does not mean that prices are going up yet... but I think that they will creep up relatively soon in certain price ranges. In the first quarter of 2009, 29 homes sold in the first quarter and in the first quarter of 2010 43 homes sold. That's a huge increase! Although the average selling price decreased from $346,641 to $335,495 this is probably due to the number of short sales and bank owned properties in Buffalo Grove. (0 comments)
