The Median Sales Price in February for a Vernon Hill home was $290,000, up 46.1% from $198,500 in February of 2009 and up 28.9% from $225,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in Vernon Hills in February was $307,214, up 23.0% from $249,842 in February of 2009 and up 16.4% from $263,823 last month. Great news!
