home buying: Buying A Home Is A Series of "Yeses"....Helping The Buyers Understand This

I was sitting down to write a post to Buyers about the home buying process and I came across the following post. I had never thought about the home purchase process as being about a series of "Yeses" but after reading this, I realized that it indeed is! This is a positive way at looking at the process, rather than a series of "No" (No, we don't like that house; No that price is too high; etc.).
