Ah, Autumn.  This is when the leaves change, the weather turns chilly and Canton MA Buyers settle in.  The October 2015 Canton MA Home Sales Update shows that year-over-year sales and prices have gone up yet again.
October 2015 Canton MA Home Sales Update
According to the MLS Property Information Network, a total of 18 Canton MA homes were sold in October 2015.  This was 20% higher than last year.  It was also 12.5% higher than September 2015 home sales.
