I just wanted to take a moment to share a fantastic video done by a long-time friend of mine - Misty Weaver - who is also a real estate agent in Winchester, VA on the topic of Realtor commissions and explaining the real deal behind them to clients. Some of the points she makes in this video might be helpful in ideas for explaining your worth to buyers and sellers, and what discounted commissions typically mean in terms of effort put into selling your home and how it affects your buyers pool as well.
