You can tell a lot about a person by observing the way they interact with others. Are they attentive or distracted by chaos? Are they in a rush, or do they exude patience? Are their words kind, or wrought with sarcasm and discontent? Do they listen intently, or prefer to be heard? Do they anticipate the needs of others without having to be asked? Do they enjoy serving, or prefer to be served?
