You've heard the ole' cliche... He who speaks first, loses. Have you ever been in the middle of a negotiation, and suddenly, the room is filled with a deafening silence? Do you find yourself fidgeting uncomfortably during the loooong pause, waiting for someone to say something? I read a quote from Mark Zuckerberg this morning. When asked what he looks for when hiring a prospective employee, the brainchild responded, "I will only hire someone to work directly for me if I would work for that person." Words of wisdom from a Millennial genius. Is there truth to... Great minds think alike? Should we surround ourselves with brilliance?
