I attended a Realtor event yesterday at the Reserve at Rock Creek, a Windsor Homes Community. I toured the clubhouse (with the great looking pool) and two model homes. The first home was a one-level with 1385 sq. ft. at 149900. This was a veneer vinyl exterior, carpet and vinyl interior house with a vaulted great room ceiling. The kitchen was roomy, and the color choices were great. This was also a split bedroom plan. A large two car garage was just off the great room.
