agents ethics: Should a Listing Agent write one of their own Listings?

OK This is my 1st Blog and it has taken me such a longtime to get my pen moving! Here Goes...... At first most agents would say Of Course! ...that's because you assume you met a buyer who called on your sign or met @ an Open House and they have decided they Loved your listing right? Well yes if your state allows Dual Agency...IF your buyer does not mind ...OR if your sellers said it was OK for you to do DUAL AGENCY!
