No two ways around it, it is a Buyer's market right now. If you are selling your home today it requires much more work on your side then it did just a few years ago. One of the easiest ways for you to help your Realtor, and yourself, with selling your home is to allow a lockbox to be put on your home. The lockbox holds a spare house key and it allows other Realtors easy access to your home. Easy access = more showings.
