Good evening, I want to thank all of you in the AR community who gave me their ideas, suggestions, and encouragement. I committed to doing a seminar today and I couldn't have done it without all f your support. On Saturday May 17th I will be holding my first seminar. I would never have bet on this. I've got everything lined up, now all I need is an audience. Advertising starts 3 weeks ahead in our local newspaper, I also will be sending personal invitations to all of the homeowners who have either canceled their listings or have let their listings … (3 comments)
I am thinking of using a seminar as a basis for finding and working with new listings and people who are considering re-listing their homes. I have investigated the cost of a conference room and advertising ( I figured I should start 3 weeks before the event). I have not looked into a caterer, the event would only be about 1- 1/1/2 hours long. I was hoping that someone out there has done this before and could steer me a little.
