Who's First.... Real Living Is Real Living is a progressive company and a brokerage striving to be FIRST. I've had the fortune of witnessing this effort first hand and thought this would be a great opportunity to air my viewpoint and stake our claim as "the first" in these categories. Sometimes we forget that everyday is rife with opportiunities. Remember, luck favors the prepared (and awake). In this market I tell my agents, and walk this talk myself, to look beyond the MLS for their next sale and for their next buyer. I'm not saying don't look at the MLS, that's where most of the properties have traditionally shown themselves and we can look into many cues that the MLS can give to find that good deal for our buyers and investors.
