I spend a lot of time trying keep up with the everyday demands of work and being a mother and wife, and like most of you I find myself stressed and left off the things to do list. Therefore, in the last week I have started taking care of myself so I can be more effective and enjoy life. One of my biggest problems is my mind is always racing so I have started keeping a journal and writing down my concerns and worries, and then I leave them there before I go to bed.
