Got a email from a prospective buyer last Friday, he saw one of my Homes listed on the Internet and wanted more information. In his email he asked for a few simple things. 1. He wanted to know if I had any more pictures. 2. He wanted 3 other Comparable SOLD properties emailed back to him to show him that the price he was going to pay was worth it. 3. He wanted to know what the insurance costs would be on the home if he decided to purchase it.

Just came back from the closing...... It truly is a Great time to buy in Cape Coral, Florida. Who would have thought that we would see prices like this again?? I represented the Buyers in this transaction and I would like to thank Chris Cheney from Sellstate for being Professional and allowing this Deal to come to a close with no bumps in the road. So they say we as Realtors are not worth the money we make..........Read on.. I Listed a very nice Sailboat Access home in Cape Coral about 2 Months ago. It was a FSBO and I had talked to these people on 3 different times before they finally listed with me. The House was in near Perfect Condition and 5 Lots off the River, Great Views and a great neighborhood.
