Braemar Property Values: September-October 2015 (Carriage Series)
As I type this Braemar Property Value Report it is the day before Thanksgiving. I can just imagine the hustle and bustle going on inside the various homes in our community, prepping for tomorrow. Some may be getting side dishes ready to take to a nearby gathering, others may be preparing for the big meal to be hosted at their homes. And of course, there are those that may be packing up bags to travel a longer distance to see family. No matter what you are doing, I hope you enjoy your holiday.

Hard to believe that the Fall season is upon us. However, with the coming of Fall, we get a chance to look back at the resales of Braemar homes in the Hieirtage Series in the months of July and August. Looking at those sales will give us the most accurate idea of our current market values.

Once every two months I review the townhouse resales in our community of Braemar to prepare the Braemar Townhouse Report. I take the sales and divide them in to a category called Garage and No Garage, then average the sold prices to come to an average sales price, which is also known as market value.
Townhouses with No Garage in Braemar had only one resale in the months of May and June. This is a bit surprising since there so many first time buyers out in our market looking to get a deal done in these months. That one sale leaves us … (5 comments)
