And the fall colors that we will see next month when the trees are dressed in their autumn brilliance is stunning. This is the second Braemar Reflection Quarterly report. The month after each quarter ends, this report will be published to show activity in Reflection Series homes. What's a Reflection Series home? Reflection Series homes are located off of Tarvie Circle and are the semi-detached single family homes that are attached at the garage only. There were two floor plans offered byBrookfield Homes: Annan and Bromley.

Has anyone else noticed how relatively mild our summer has been in Bristow? Sure, there have been days of extreme heat and humidity that makes you feel you are in a sauna, but there have been a lot of mild days for July. Today, for instance, I didn't notice any humidity. Eighty-eight degrees feels totally different with low humidity.

Having a Braemar townhouse listing during the snow storms, I know how glad all Braemar townhouse owners must be that the snow is behind us. Even though not much is blooming, after the harsh winter we had, just having temps in the mid-50's and low 60's feels like spring in Braemar. Right now, I'm keeping a watchful eye on a new tree I had planted at the end of fall last year. It's either a late bloomer or the winter killed it. Time will tell.
