HARRIS TEETER vs. GIANT FOOD I shop at both of these grocery stores. My husband is convinced we save more money at Harris Teeter. I, on the other hand, am convinced we save more money at Giant Food. After collecting receipts and comparing, I felt like I do when I watch coverage of the Democratic Primary. There are strengths to both....and it depends on how you look at the situation as to which store is the "best". Giant Food's non-sale prices beat Harris Teeter hands down. There is no comparison.
