Victory Lakes Elementary School, as well as every other school in Prince William County, will be back in session on Tuesday. Summer went by so fast, just like it always does. And with the end of another month upon us and it is time for another look at the Victory Lakes single family home market. This particular report looks at mid-summer in its focus on July. We will make our comparisons to last month (June 2014) and last year (July 2013.)

Victory Lakes Single Family Home: May 2014
It is officially summer in Victory Lakes. School's out. The pool is open. And thankfully, for the most part, the heat has not been unbearable. Then again, we've yet to see what July and August, our muggiest months, have in store for us.
Right now it is time to take a look back at the sales activity for single family homes in Victory Lakes for the month of May. We will make comparisons to last month (April 2014) and last year (May 2013.)
