First Impressions:  Keeping Buyers in the Dark
Yesterday I got to go house hunting with some buyers relocating to my area from the mid-west.  It was a lot of fun to introduce them to the neighborhoods that had peaked their interest.  We even went to look at the neighborhood amenities.  Apparently, not a lot of prospective buyers or agents darken the door of these places.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of taking a couple shopping for homes.  They are new clients and this was our first trip out.  There were four homes on the agenda.  And their criteria was an open floor plan with lots of space on a wooded and or larger lot than they currently have.

Don't You Wish You Also Got Scents with Photographs?
I visited Monticello, President Thomas Jefferson's self-designed home this past week.  What's more amazing than the home are the grounds.  The home is on a mountaintop in Charlottesville, VA.  The scenery was simply breathtaking, especially with the explosion of autumn colors all around.
