The spring real estate market in Braemar has been very busy. Buyers were out even before we were done with the cold and snow. In this edition of the Braemar Property Value Report, we will look back at the months of March and April and see what happened to values in the Heritage Series. Heritage Series homes, for those who may not be familiar, are the mid-sized single family homes, built by Brookfield Homes, with two car attached garages including the following floor plans: Exeter, Yardley, Zachery & Waverly.
