Braemar Townhouse Report: March-April 2015
Summer is officially here...or at least it feels like it since the Braemar pools opened. It didn't even occur to me to get my pool pass, and more importantly, my guest pass. When I accompanied my young house guests to Clareybrook Park on Sunday, it was hard to explain why we couldn't go inside where everyone was splashing and having fun. Lesson learned. Get pool passes!
Enough about the beginning of summer. Let's talk about the beginning of spring and what it meant to the Braemar townhouses in this edition of the Braemar Townhouse Report.

Braemar Townhouse Report: July-August 2014
Living in the Braemar townhouses across from the Rob Roy Pool has its advantages. In the off season of the pool, there is a ton of visitor parking. And on Braemar Day, the festivities, which are held in that parking area and the surrounding common area, are only a short distance away.
While we are enjoying fall gatherings like Braemar Day, and just days away from welcoming the month of October, it is time to look back at the last two months of summer and see what happened in the Braemar townhouse market.
