Today it finally felt like the holiday season. I walked into our Long & Foster Manassas office and saw paper snowflakes dangling from the ceiling tiles and glowing trees with sparkling lights. Even though it is time for the year end holiday season, this is our opportunity to look back at the Victory Lakes townhouse market and see what happened in October. We'll make our comparisons to last month (September 2014) and last year (October 2013.)

Victory Lakes Townhouse Report: May 2014
It is a gorgeous, sunny, temperate day in Victory Lakes today. It is as perfect as a summer day can get. And while we are going to take this opportunity to look at sales activity of Victory Lakes townhouses during the month of May, I am displeased with the fact that one of my comparison reports is non-existent. It has been gobbled up in cyber space. It is purely operator error, of that I am sure. How it happened is a mystery.
