Verizon FIOS is coming to Braemar!!!
At first glance, when driving down Tartan Hills Parkway, and seeing the utility trucks in Braemar, I thought that RCN, the cable provider that bought out Gatehouse Networks, was installing new data cables in our community. Seemed odd since the ink on that deal had dried only a week or two prior. I was wrong.
Verizon is laying FIOS cable in Braemar.
The newer portions of Braemar, sandwiched on either side of Sudley Manor Road, have basic cable and internet access as part of their monthly HOA dues. The provider has been Gatehouse Networks, but will now be RCN. We are not expecting many … (9 comments)
