As I raised the American Flag this morning, as I do on every Memorial Day, I paused to think and remember why this day is so important to me. Maybe it is because I am from a military family, my Grandfather served and was wounded in WWII, my father served 26 years in the Air Force, with time in the Korean War and the Vietnam War. He is a disabled veteran.

I just wanted to take a minute and just thank all the Mothers out there who give up so much to make life better for their children! They may not thank you or appreciate you now, but they will! Keep up the great work because it is more important then you know. Thanks again!!! … (2 comments)
