Hey Realtors! Mike and I are taking a fractional listing this week... see http://www.fvhsanfelipe.com/fractional-san-felipe.html Any of you experienced with how we should "list" this? I've already confirmed with OCAR and CAR attorneys that we can add property in Mexico to the MLS, so those bases are covered. Can you BELIEVE Mexico has no MLS? How do those poor agents sell property??? I'm making the listing agreement in Winforms, right now, and this is the part that confuses me. Each "fraction" is selling at $69,999 - but I should only have one list agreement for all 12 fractions, right? So we put it as a list … (1 comments)
