Hi, Just a quick update on the housing stats for the month of February for Gulfport, Mississippi. There were 53 Single family homes and Condos that Sold in Gulfport in Feb 2010 on the Gulf Coast MLS. The Average Sold price was $143,669 The Median Sold price was $125,000 This compares to Feb 2009 ...
