refinances: Take some time where you normally wouldn't..

With the news and print media constantly telling us and consumers that the housing market is terrible, is there really light at the end of the tunnel? Some signs point to yes I think, others to no. refinances: rates rates rates

I really can't believe how good rates have been and continue to be! All of my clients say the same thing when we get their purchases or refis done lately. And the simple facts are that these rates won't hold here forever. So, I guess my advice is, if your on the fence about a refi, DO IT NOW!! And if you are purchasing a home, DO IT SOON!! Push your clients and friends to help them save their hard earned money. Rates are great and the tax credits will end soon. I hope everyone in the Rain is as swamped (3 comments)

And now spring is here and my seasonal depression is under control (self diagnosed during a long winter!!) and I can't help but be curious. Is anyone else much slower than they would normally be? I feel like I shouldn't have time to think right now and it's all that I seem to be doing! Sitting around (17 comments)
