Update for December 18th - Did some time at The Homefinding Center today. Had a couple of weak walk-ins. Received a couple calls from what sounds like terrific buyers. Also, received an email lead from the internet. I referred two of these leads to one of my buyers agents. She was able to set two showing appointments and take both clients out (same day showings... very nice). With proper attention, this may be two closed deals shortly (one is a cash buyer).
