The Casa Bella development is one of only two condominium complexes in Winchester Ca. Located in the southern section of Winchester. it sets in the French Valley area served by the Temecula school district. The client I am working with has seen all five of the homes currently on the market and would like to see a few more before making a purchase. Location in the development does not matter and since he will be paying cash we can close quickly. He loves the Casa Bella Community and is anxious to make a purchase and move in as quickly as possible. … (7 comments)

Congratulations on your purchase of a home of your own. Words that most people love to hear as they make plans to move into their home and maybe do some fixing up such as painting,changing light fixtures etc but when do you, the buyer, actually have the legal right to do these things? Many folks want to get as much done as possible before they move into their Murrieta home. Understandable as it's easier to paint when the house is vacant but I have seen buyers make a grave mistake of entering the home and beginning the work before the house … (5 comments)
