riverside county: Casa Bella Homeowners:Thinking of selling? I have a Buyer. - 09/02/11 10:09 AM
The Casa Bella development is one of only two condominium complexes in Winchester Ca. Located in the southern section of Winchester. it sets in the French Valley area served by the Temecula school district.
The client I am working with has seen all five of the homes currently on the market and would like to see a few more before making a purchase. Location in the development does not matter and since he will be paying cash we can close quickly.
He loves the Casa Bella Community and is anxious to make a purchase and move in as quickly as possible.

riverside county: If You Cannot Afford a Home Inspection Don't Buy The House - 08/12/11 03:25 PM
This is great advice for anyone purchasing a home inMurrieta,Temecula or any part of Riverside County.
Via Doug Rogers:

Buying a home is the largest investments most families will make. As such, I recommend anyone looking to buy a home in Pineville Louisiana should pay for a professional home inspection. With the joy of home shopping comes the onslaught of bills. Between deposits, loan locking, lease termination fees, etc... it seems everyone wants some of the Pineville home buyer's money.
The natural tendency then is to cut corners. Frankly that 300-350 dollars for the home inspection creates … (8 comments)

riverside county: Great School District in Murrieta California: Make sure Your New Home is in the District. - 05/13/10 02:58 PM
Many home buyers make the fatal mistake of assuming that if a particular home has a Murrieta California address the schools must be Murrieta Unified School District schools. This not only happens within Murrieta but many cities across Southern California. School boundaries can and are sometimes different from city addresses because the home may actually be located outside the city limits in county areas. There are times when a city may Annex county areas into the city limits but the respective school district does not acknowledge it and change their boundaries.
The city has a budget and so does the school … (0 comments)

Many folks have said they are going to wait to purchase a home in Murrieta and the surrounding cities.Their reasoning is the banks are holding thousands of homes from the market only releasing a few at a time to drive prices up as they will receive multiple offers on them. This theory of a 'Shadow Inventory' has created a mind set of waiting as a wave of foreclosures will suddenly appear and the glut of homes will drive prices down according to many hopeful buyers and some Realtors as well.
The biggest problem for everyone is who do you believe as … (8 comments)

riverside county: Fair Housing Council Opens Office In Murrieta To Help Homeowners. - 08/16/08 01:39 PM
The Fair Housing of Riverside County recently opened a satellite office in the Murrieta Public Library to help homeowners who are stuck with mortgage loans they can no longer afford. Jesse Limon will head up the new office and bring his many years of experience in the mortgage business to assist homeowners who may be facing foreclosure by arming them with the information needed to make the right decisions for their particular situation.
The need became apparent after a foreclosure prevention workshop held in July, in which 300 people attended, convinced Murrieta City Officials to invite the Fair housing council to … (3 comments)
