Between S. 17th Street and Carolina Beach Road runs St. Andrews Drive. Every time I go down this road, I expect there to be a slew of traffic. After all, it’s not far from S. College Road and Independence Boulevard. However, I’m always pleasantly surprised that there’s no congestion. Matter-of-fact, it feels sort of easy-going, and I think that says a lot for this area.
