Avon Lake: Yesterday! Many folks ask this question when relocating to Northeast Ohio. While attending a recent North Coast Regional Chamber of Commerce event, someone asked how me about selecting a Realtor. His comment "there are so many Realtors in the area" made me answer without hesitation. My first question: who did you purchase your present home from? He couldn't remember as it WAS "4 years ago".
