sales: Wow I've been busy

I haven't been blogging on here as often as I should be. Why? Because I've simply been too busy. I had 4 closings last week & 4 next week (one is my own house). Another one of my listings went pending, none other than today - Thanksgiving! I have blogged before about the power of intention, positive thinking, energy, etc but this one is pretty good. I spoke with my seller last week about his house in Bonita Springs. He was ready to reduce again but I said "I am going to have it under contract for your Thanksgiving present". We … (8 comments)
