Hey there friends! I wanted to create a video to show prospective customers who is actually behind Florida Future Realty, Inc. I think transparency is important in today's real estate market and we've always tried to convey that. I have several videos online and have been working on them for quite some time but this is the first one I created that just talks about who I am personally. Thoughts? The boat lift in NW Cape Coral is currently being removed. This WILL give boaters a more direct access to the gulf of mexico. It was already gulf access. Now, for the time being, it is just easier and quicker to get out to open water. They are conducting an environmental study for at least a year to see how this effects everything. Then they may or may not put up another lift or something else. So question, do I think this can help home sales in the area? Of course. I really can't believe that so many people conduct their business without one. I have written a business plan each year since I got started in real estate.

Actually it wasn't really that difficult. As some of you may have read, I decided earlier this year to obtain my broker's license. It was originally between that or my CRS designation. Many agents had contradicting opinions on which one I should pursue first but ultimately, the broker's license makes more sense for ME. So I originally attended my pre-licensing broker's training in April. Life got busy & I didn't finish up my fingerprinting until July. Last week we had a training session at our office on BLOGGING. We discussed first what a blog is then we discussed why you need one & finally how to get one & what to do with one. I think everyone learned quite a bit. Our office, Sellstate Achievers Realty Network, Inc., in Ft. Myers, Florida allowed the BlogTour RV to park at our office with my big truck :).
Then we headed over to RumRunners in Cape Coral for lunch.
RumRunners is a beautiful waterfront restaurant in SW Cape Coral.

Even though I completed this months ago the local newspaper just printed it over the weekend: Cape Coral Realtor I guess I appear about halfway down. Too bad they didn't give any contact info. Oh well, anyone who wants to 'google' my name will see thousands of pages & links to my pages. I feel so special though....I haven't been in the paper yet about real estate...
