I have recently been introduced to the most valuable tool I have ever seen for real estate agents. Listingbook is a service that is available through our Realtor Association that allows us to give our prospects and clients access to our MLS. They can sign up for a buyers account, sellers account or both. It puts them in charge of their searches and allows them to change their criteria as often as they like.
